Ohio installation & integration

Security cameras.
A connected view.

Commercial CCTV and network camera installation, designed around what you need to see and how you need to access it.

01 / PLANNING

Define the view before choosing the camera.

Entrances, parking areas, indoor spaces, and remote sites need different coverage. We start with the areas you want to observe, the lighting, mounting options, and how the footage will be used. Those details guide the choice of fixed, PTZ, or other camera configurations.

02 / PLANNING

Connect cameras to the right infrastructure.

Cameras depend on network paths, power, and recording systems. NextGen brings CCTV and networking into the same project discussion, including wired connections or outdoor wireless where appropriate. Existing equipment can be reviewed before deciding what to keep or replace.

03 / PLANNING

Recording and access need a plan.

Discuss who should view video, whether remote access is needed, and how long recordings should be retained. Storage, network capacity, permissions, and the selected recording platform affect the final design. Retention and remote-access requirements should be scoped explicitly.

04 / PLANNING

Surveillance beyond a fixed building.

For changing jobsites or locations with limited infrastructure, discuss Sentinel mobile surveillance systems and remote connectivity. Configuration and availability depend on the deployment; the field-systems page explains the starting points.

Project questions

Plan your next step.

Can you work with existing cameras?

We can review the cameras, recording system, network, and access available at the site. Compatibility and the condition of existing equipment determine the options.

Can a remote site have cameras without a wired internet service?

Cellular, satellite, or outdoor wireless may provide a path. Coverage, power, recording requirements, and expected video traffic need to be assessed together.

Our own technicians are based in Ohio. Projects elsewhere in the United States can be coordinated through our partner technician network, subject to scope and availability.
